During her acoustic set on the Eras Tour, Taylor Swift paused to check on the audience after fans appeared to be trying to get her attention.
“Can someone in the front row tell me yes or no: when you guys put a bunch of flashlights up in a group, does that mean people need help?” she asked.
“We’re at the end of the night, so if I see that again, I’m gonna try to point it out. I just didn’t know if you were … waving at me,” Swift added.
Footage of the moment was shared by Taylor Swift Updates and @SwiftNYC on X, captioned, “Taylor checking on her fans and if they were okay just before she started the acoustic set tonight.”

On the final night of the Eras Tour in Stockholm, Sweden, at the Friends Arena, several audience members were taken to the medical area. Service and safety workers stationed between the audience barricade and the stage handed out free water cups to fans.
Free water stations were also available throughout the open arena, with cold water bottles for sale.
Heat has been a concern for the Eras Tour, especially after a fan died from heat exhaustion in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in November.
“I can’t believe I’m writing these words, but it is with a shattered heart that I say we lost a fan earlier tonight before my show,” Swift wrote in an Instagram post following the Rio incident. “I can’t express how devastated I am. I have very little information other than she was incredibly beautiful and far too young. I won’t be able to speak about this from the stage because I feel overwhelmed by grief when I try to talk about it. I want to say now that I feel this loss deeply, and my heart goes out to her family and friends. This is the last thing I ever thought would happen when we brought this tour to Brazil.”
In response to the incident, the pyrotechnics during “Bad Blood” have been reduced to 12 flame projectors only on the main stage under the screen.
Next week, Swift heads to Lisbon, Portugal, for three nights, where temperatures are expected to be in the mid-70s.
